The HOA Board, which includes committee subsets: 

• maintains the CC&Rs and Board of Directors Rules and Regulations

• ensures proper maintenance of the common area property by ensuring landscaping contracts are being followed

• reviews and facilitates resolution to community reports of noncompliance 

• approves all homeowner architectural requests

• facilitates community events

• provides oversight to HOA accounting, which is maintained by the Bookkeeper

• checks emails weekly and forwards emails to the appropriate parties

• updates the community website and facebook page

• divides responsibilities, as they see fit, to best serve the community

• is comprised of volunteers who are homeowners in Field Rush

The HOA Bookkeeper:

• handles invoicing, renewals, billing, and deposits

• maintains and updates HOA spreadsheets and directories

• picks up HOA mail and distributes it to the appropriate board member

• completes escrow documents and requests

• mails compliance and newcomer letters

• processes payment for state property taxes

• renews annual incorporation

• monitors the renewal of HOA insurance

• is a paid position
